In your style and in about a minute, NewMail writes a complete pre-written reply — from the first word down to the signature.

• 🟡 Yellow / orange highlights — a field to complete or a link to verify → remove once handled
• 📅 Booking instructions — a booking link or a suggestion to propose times
• ✍️ Your signature — simplified until the Signature Manager is set up, full afterwards
